  8. 1 Pie crust

  9. --FILLING--

  10. 1 package Brownie mix (21 1/2 oz)

  11. 6 ounces Chocolate chips

  12. 1 cup Pecans -- chopped

  13. 1/2 cup Water

  14. 1/2 cup Oil

  15. 1 Egg

  16. --TOPPING--

  17. 1 1/2 cups Whipping cream

  18. 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar

  19. 1 tablespoon Chocolate flavored syrup

  20. 1 teaspoon Coffee flavored liqueur

  21. Chocolate churls

  22. 375. Put the pie crust in an

  23. 9 or 10 springform pan; pressing

  24. it on the bottom and up the sides. Prick generously with a fork. In a large

  25. bowl combine the filling ingredients. Beat 50 strokes by hand. Pour into 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set and edges of

  26. crust are golden brown. Cool 1 hour. Remove sides of pan. Cool completely. In

  27. large bowl, beat topping ingredients until stiff peaks form. Spoon or pipe

  28. topping over filling. Garnish with chocolate curls. Store in refrigerator.This
