  1. Large red tomato 1/2 kg

  2. Rice 100 gms

  3. Ghee for frying

  4. cinnamon 1 inch stick.

  5. CLoves 3

  6. Cardamom 3

  7. Chopped onion 1

  8. Chili powder 1/2 tsp

  9. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  10. Green Peas 100 gms

  11. Salt to taste

  12. Grated cocnut 1/2

  13. coriander leaves a few

  1. Slice of the top of tomatoes Scrop out the pulp and drain away any juice.

  2. clean rice.

  3. Heat ghee in a pan add cardamom,cloves, cinnamon.

  4. Then add onion and saute till it turns golden brown.

  5. Ad chili powder, turmeric, rice and peas.

  6. Add water and salt and cook till its tender.

  7. Remove from fire and cool it.

  8. Fill tomato with pulao and cover it with sliced off tops.

  9. Bake in oven for 1r5 minutes.

  10. Sprinkle grated cocnut, Coriander leaves.

  11. Serve hot .
