  1. 3 tablespoons 45ml Eggs (large)

  2. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Cream

  3. 4 oz 113g Cheddar cheese - grated

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Sliced black olives Salt and pepper to taste Prepared tart shell - (s)

  1. Recipe Instructions You can either bake this in 1 large tart shell or 4 smaller ones. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375F. Beat eggs lightly and mix in all other ingredients. Pour into prepared shell(s). Bake 30 minutes for a large shell, 20 minutes for smaller ones.
