  4. 1 small red onion, finely

  5. 4 tablespoons mint leaves,

  6. 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, root and stem, finely

  7. 1 tablespoon lemon grass, tender part, finely teaspoon fresh chilli, finely

  1. In a heavy-based pan or wok on high heat, dry fry beef until just cooked.

  2. Remove and combine with remaining ingredients.

  3. Serve immediately.
