  2. 4 tablespoons butter

  3. 1 cup flour

  4. 1 teaspoon dry mustard

  5. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  6. 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

  7. 4 tablespoons sour cream

  1. Preparation:

  2. Preheat oven to 425.

  3. In bowl of food processor place butter, flour, mustard and cayenne. Process for a few seconds until well mixed. Add cheese and sour cream. Pulse to form a ball of dough. Pat dough out onto ungreased baking sheet, about 1/8" thick. Cut into long strips. Bake about 6 minutes, until golden. Be careful not to burn. They cook very fast!!! Let cool. Break apart and serve.

  4. Approximately 6-8 minutes.
