  1. 1 cup diced fresh mango

  2. 1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple

  3. 1/2 cup diced papaya

  4. 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced

  5. 1/2 medium red onion, finely diced

  6. 3 tablespoons lime juice

  7. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  8. 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste

  9. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

  1. Toss together the mango, pineapple, papaya, jalapeno pepper, and red onion in a bowl. Pour in the lime juice and olive oil. Season to taste with salt, and stir to combine. Sprinkle with chopped mint leaves before serving.
