  1. 6 Medium fresh tomatoes

  2. 1 Large potato

  3. 1 Large red onion

  4. 1 Clove of garlic

  5. 1 Medium Carrot

  6. 1 Bunch of fresh Basil

  7. 1 tsp of Virgin olive oil

  8. 1 tsp of chili spice

  9. 1 tsp of paprika Salt and pepper

  1. Remove the seeds from tomatoes and cut them into chunks. Chop garlic and onion and stir fry until golden brown. Add tomatoes to the pan and stir gently for 2 minutes. The chili, paprika powder, salt and pepper can now be added. Peel, chop potato, carrot and basil into small chunks. Add to the pan with 500ml water on medium low heat for about 5 minutes. Pour ingredients in a blender until creamy. Back on high heat for 5 minutes, add more water if soup is too thick. Serve hot with fresh leaves of Basil. Carrots are great to enhance blood flow and function of the eyes. It promotes weight loss, fights cancer, helps prevent constipation and it protects the heart. Garlic is an antifungal agent, it can be used as natural antibiotic to treat yeast infection.
