  5. 1 T Corn oil

  6. 1 Chicken,cut/

  7. 8ths,

  8. 1 cn Cream/celery soup (10 3/4oz)

  9. 6 oz Milk

  10. 1 pk Lima beans,frozen (10oz)

  11. 6 Onions,small

  12. 4 Carrots,quartered

  13. 1 T Worcestershire sauce

  14. 1/2 t Salt

  15. 1. Heat oil in a large skillet.

  16. 2. Add chicken; brown well on all sides, about 15 minutes.

  17. 3. Arrange chicken in a 2-quart casserole.

  18. 4. Drain of excess fat from skillet; stir soup and milk into skillet.

  19. 5. Bring liquids to boil, blending well and scraping to loosen browned

  20. particles in the bottom of the skillet.

  21. 6. Add beans, onions, carrots, Worcestershire sauce and salt to skillet,

  22. mixing well; pour over chicken.

  23. 7. Cover and bake in preheated 375'F. oven 45 minutes.

  24. 8. Remove cover; bake until chicken and vegetables are tender, about 15

  25. minutes longer. --
