  1. 6 pork chops vegetable oil seasoned salt

  2. 1 can cream of celery soup -- (10 3/4 oz.)

  3. 1/2 cup milk

  4. 1/2 cup sour cream

  5. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  6. 1 package frozen hash browns -- (24 oz.)thawed

  7. 1 cup shredded cheese - - -- (4 oz.)

  8. 1 can french fried onion rings -- (2.8 oz.)

  1. Preparation : Brown pork chops in a lightly greased skillet. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon season salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can french fried onions. Spoon mixed into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Arrange pork chops over potatoes. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
