  1. Prepare the pound cake according to the directions on the package. Allow to cool. Separating the yolks from the egg whites. Beat the yolks and sugar at low speed for 1.5 minutes. Then add the Mascarpone cheese and mix the whole thing for another 2 minutes. When done, apply it onto the pound cake. *
