  1. 3 cups flour

  2. 1 cup sugar

  3. 1 cup brown sugar

  4. 1 teaspoon baking soda

  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  6. 3 eggs, beaten

  7. 3/4 cup Smart Balance Omega Oil

  8. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  9. 3/4 cup milk

  10. 4 large ripe bananas , mashed Frosting:

  11. 1 cup Powdered Sugar

  12. 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup Water

  1. Description: Delicious and Moist! STEPS: 1- Butter and flour bundt pan. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugars, baking soda, and salt.

  3. Add the eggs, oil, vanilla and milk and stir by hand just until ingredients are moistened.

  4. Stir in the banana.

  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 70 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted comes clean.

  6. Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, and then transfer to a serving plate. Cool completely.

  7. To make frosting, stir together the powdered sugar and maple syrup, adding water to get desired consistency.

  8. Drizzle all over cake. Eat. Yum!!
