  1. Its Rainy season here in India,and how about having hot rice with spicy chutney. My grandmother used to make this in Ding Chick and she named it roti mitaai. In Ding Chick first grind the cumin seeds,followed by garlic. Now add the red chilli powder ,salt and make fine paste. You need not add water as the moisture in garlic is sufficient as it becomes a paste. We can store in an air tight container. This goes really good with hot rice in rainy season.
