  1. wash 6-8 tilapia filets & dry well. Season with Mccormick Lemon pepper and sea salt to taste approx 1-2 tsp. let sit for apporx 10-30 minutes Prepare lemon sauce 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup dry white wine, 1/4 tsp Lemmn pepper and sea salt zest of 2 lemons mix well Baste tilapia filets with sauce & place on stove top grill or bar-b que grill leave apporx 5 minutes or until fish turns white. serve and spoon sauce to taste on top of tilapia garnish with mint sprig or parsley
