    1. 4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate

    2. 1 cup butter -- cubed

    3. 2 cups sugar

    4. 4 eggs

    5. 1 cup flour

    6. 1 teaspoon vanilla

    7. 2 cups miniature marshmallows

    8. 1 cup chopped nuts

    9. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

    10. 1/2 cup m&Ms. plain chocolate candy

    11. 1 cup chipsPour into greased

    12. 9x13" pan. Sprinkle with

    13. 1/2 cup M&Ms (or more chips). Bake

    14. 350 degrees

    15. 40-45 minutes.
