  20. 2 TB Honey

  21. 2 ts Lime juice

  22. : pn ginger

  23. Place red lettuce leaves on individual salad plates

  24. and arrange the following in a pinwheel pattern;

  25. watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, diwi. In the center

  26. of the pinwheel place cored apple. Place sherbet scoop

  27. on apple. Put grapes beside the apple. Top with

  28. Honey-Lime Dressing (recipe follows) and garnish with

  29. sliced strawberries. Honey-Lime Dressing: Combine

  30. yogurt with honey, lime juice and ginger. Whip and 1 cup;

  31. 1 serving 2 Tablespoons. Exchange
