: Stretch dough about one inch wider than you normally would to fit the size pan you are using. Place Polly-O string cheese side by side around outside perimeter of pan. Fold outer edge of dough towards the center and seal to bottom under the chese with fingertips, encasing the cheese with the dough. Inspect to see there are no tears in the lip. Sauce, cheese, top and cook as a regular pizza.
