  8. 5 c Rhubarb, cut fine

  9. 1 pk Strawberry jello (6 oz)

  10. Stir rhubarb and sugar together and let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from

  11. stove and add strawberry jello and stir till

  12. dissolved. Fill jars, leaving room for expansion.

  13. Cool and put in freezer. Delicious.

  14. Note: There was no indication in the recipe to tell

  15. how much this will make ie quarts/pints etc.

  16. Comparing this recipe leads me to estimate it will

  17. make approx 3 pints, maybe more.
