  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Fat-free mayonnaise

  4. 1/4 cup 27g / 1oz Finely-chopped celery

  5. 1 Finely-chopped apple, skin on Shredded lettuce

  1. Recipe Instructions Cut medium-sized cucumbers in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Stuff the cucumber halves mounding to use all the tuna mixture. Wrap in cellophane or waxed paper. Chill until just before serving. Cut into 1-inch chunks. Stand cucumber on end and serve on a bed of shredded lettuce. This recipe yields 32 pieces.
