  1. Twice Baked Potatoes

  2. 4 baked clean potatoes

  3. 2 tablespoons butter

  4. 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

  5. 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  6. 2 teaspoons Dill weed

  7. salt and pepper to taste

  8. Clean and bake the potatoes until soft. Remove from oven and cut in half, lengthwise.Scoop out the flesh and mash well in a bowl.

  9. Add the rest of the ingredients, whipping until fluffy. Pile back

  10. into the potato skins 1/8 in each half potato, sprinkle with paprika.

  11. Heat in the oven till piping hot.

  12. For 4 people
