  5. 1 c Sifted all purpose flour

  6. 3/4 t Salt

  7. 1/3 c Light corn syrup (karo)

  8. 2 T Skim milk

  9. Preheat oven to 475. Mix flour and salt in bowl.

  10. Combine syrup and milk and add all at once to flour

  11. mixture. Stir with a fork til thoroughly mixed. Shape

  12. mixture into a ball and place in between 2 squares of

  13. was paper lightly dusted with flour. Roll pastry into a circle large enough to fit a 9 inch pan. Spray pan

  14. with Baker's joy or Pam and arrange pastry in pan. Cut off edges and press w/fork. Prick bottom all over with

  15. a fork. Bake about 10 minutes or til golden brown.

  16. Cool before filling. --
