  1. 2 cups 474ml Fresh rhubarb - cut up

  2. 2 cups 474ml Apple pie filling

  3. chopped

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  5. 2 cups 396g / 13oz Sugar

  6. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Apple pie spice

  7. 3/4 cup 46g / 1.6oz All purpose flour

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cinnamon

  9. 1/3 cup 65g / 2 1/3oz Butter

  1. Mix the fruits and place rhubarb in a 6x10 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt.

  2. Measure sugar, flour and cinnamon and spice into a bowl. Add butter and mix thoroughly until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over rhubarb.

  3. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, until topping is golden brown. Serve warm with Cool Whip or Vanilla ice cream...
