  5. 1 lb Bulk pork sausage

  6. 1 md Chopped bell pepper

  7. 4 oz Can sliced mushrooms

  8. 2 tb Soy sauce

  9. 1 md Chopped onion

  10. 6 oz Pkg rice

  11. 8 oz Can sliced water chestnuts

  12. 3 c Chicken broth OR 3 cup water

  13. -and 2 tablespoon chicken

  14. Bouillon may be used

  15. Crumble sausage into 2 quart casserole. Add onion,

  16. bell pepper, and drained mushrooms. Cover and microwave on high for 5-7 minutes stirring once. Drain

  17. on paper towel, set aside. Combine soy sauce, rice,

  18. drained chestnuts, and chicken broth. COver and microwave on high for 6-7 minutes. Stir. Then cover

  19. 50 percent power, for minutes. Stir in sausage mix, cover and microwave on

  20. medium 15-20 minutes until rice is tender and dry. --
