  1. 2 lbs beef chuck roast cut into strips

  2. 1/2 cup flour, all-purpose

  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  4. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  5. 1 large onion

  6. 2 large green bell peppers

  7. 1/2 cup ketchup

  8. 1 cup barbecue sauce

  9. 1/2 cup water

  10. 4 ozs mushrooms, canned

  11. 1 tablespoon molasses

  12. 2 tablespoon brown sugar

  13. 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  1. Place steak strips, flour, salt, and pepper in slow cooker.

  2. Stir well to coat steak.

  3. Slice onions and pepper very thin.

  4. Add the rest of the ingredients.

  5. Cover, cook on high for 1 hour, low for 8 hours.

  6. Serve over rice, noodles, potatoes, or with crusty bread.
