  2. 1/2 bunch English spinach, trimmed, shredded

  3. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

  4. 100g Greek-style feta, crumbled

  5. 2 garlic cloves, crushed

  1. Follow step 1 of Basic pancakes, using 1/4 cup sugar and omitting vanilla. Stir in spinach, chives, feta and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Follow step 2 of Basic pancake.
