  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  3. 1 round (8 ounces) Brie cheese, rind removed

  4. 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

  5. 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  6. 1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

  2. Spread Brie over toast; top with strawberries. Drizzle with vinegar and sprinkle with thyme. Yield: 1 dozen.
