  1. 1 (16 ounce) package frozen baby carrots

  2. 1/4 cup butter

  3. 1/4 cup light brown sugar

  4. 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix

  1. Cook carrots according to package directions, drain well.

  2. In the meantime, melt butter in a large saute pan over low heat.

  3. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.

  4. Add carrots and Ranch mix, stir until carrots are coated.

  5. Increase heat to medium, and stir until carrots are hot and glazed, about 5 minutes.
