  5. 1/2 tb Soy sauce 

  6. 2 Green onions, sliced thin

  7. 1 tb Oriental sesame oil 

  8. 1/2 Cucumber, seeded, peeled --

  9. 2 ts Minced fresh peeled ginger And chopped

  10. 1 ts Sugar 

  11. 1/4 c Chopped fresh cilantro

  12. 1 Carrot, shredded
