  2. 1 cup of light Karo syrup

  3. 1 cup dark brown sugar , packed

  4. 3 large egg s, beaten

  5. 1/2 tsp lemon juice

  6. 1 tsp vanilla

  7. 1/2 tsp salt

  8. 1 1/2 cups chopped pecan s

  9. 8" unbaked pie shell , shallow

  1. Melt butter in a large mixing bowl in the microwave. Add ingredients in order given. Pour into pie shell and bake at 425oF for 10’ then turn down to 375°F for 40’. Cover crust with foil for the last 15’
