  1. Pecan Fingers

  2. 1 cup Bisquick

  3. 1/4 cup soft butter or margarine

  4. 1/4 cup chopped pecans

  5. 1 tbsp sugar

  6. 1/2 tsp almond extract or vanilla

  7. 3 Tbsp. boiling water

  8. Heat oven to 375 (quick mod.) In mixing bowl blend Bisquick,

  9. butter, nuts, sugar and flavoring. Add boiling water; stir vigorously

  10. with fork until dough forms a ball and cleans the bowl. Shape

  11. 24 fingers

  12. 2 and 1/2 inches long. Place on ungreased

  13. 10 to 12 min. While warm, roll each finger in

  14. granulated or confectioners sugar. Makes 2 doz. cookies.
