  1. Dressing:

  2. 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons each mayonnaise and ketchup

  3. 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard

  4. Sandwich:

  5. 12 ounces Canadian-style bacon, sliced

  6. 8 slices whole wheat bread, toasted

  7. 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced

  8. 8 iceberg lettuce leaves

  1. Directions To Prepare Dressing: In small bowl combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard, mixing well; cover and refrigerate until chilled.

  2. To Prepare Sandwiches: In 12-inch nonstick skillet cook bacon until browned.

  3. Divide bacon onto 4 slices of toast; top each portion with 1/a of the tomato slices, 2 lettuce leaves, and 1 of the remaining toast slices.

  4. Cut each sandwich into quarters and serve each portion with 1/4 of the chilled dressing.
