  1. 4 Bacon strips

  2. 2 Chicken breast halves - with skin and bones

  3. 1/2 c Soy sauce

  4. 1/4 c Sugar

  5. 2 Garlic cloves; minced

  6. 1/2 ts Ginger; ground

  7. 1/2 ts Paprika

  8. 2 dr Hot pepper sauce (or 3)

  1. Wrap two bacon strips around each chicken breast; place in a shallow glass baking dish and set aside. In a small mixing bowl, combine soy sauce and sugar; add remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken, turning to coat evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Drain and reserve marinade.
