  1. 2 Red onions, peeled cut into 1/2" dice

  2. 1 tb Butter

  3. 2 tb Sugar

  4. c

  5. Sherry vinegar

  6. Salt

  7. 0.12 ts

  8. Pepper

  1. Saut the onions in the butter over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.

  2. Add the sugar and cook for 2 minutes, until the onions are lightly caramelized.

  3. Add the vinegar, salt, and pepper and cook for 5 minutes more over low heat.

  4. Serve warm.
