  1. 3 tablespoons butter

  2. 1 cup diced celery

  3. 3 cups finely chopped cooked turkey

  4. 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce

  5. 1 teaspoon salt

  6. 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  7. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  8. 8 slices (1 ounce each) Wisconsin Provolone cheese

  9. 8 hamburger bun halves, toasted and buttered

  1. Melt butter in large skillet. Sauté celery until crisp-tender. Add turkey and cook until warmed. Add tomato sauce and seasonings; simmer. Arrange bun halves on baking sheet. Spoon approximately 1/2 cup turkey-tomato mixture over each. Top with a slice of cheese. Heat in 300°F (150°C) oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve hot.
