    1. 2 containers (8-ounces each) lowfat strawberry yogurt

    2. 2 cups strawberries, stemmed

    3. 1 teaspoon grated orange peel

    1. Spoon yogurt into ice cube tray. Freeze until completely frozen, 3 to 4 hours.

    2. Remove yogurt cubes from tray and place in bowl of food processor. Process until finely chopped. Add strawberries and orange peel, if desired. Process just until almost smooth. Serve immediately, or place in freezer and stir occasionally until firm enough to scoop, 1 to 2 hours.

    3. Variations:

    4. Strawberry-Vanilla: Substitute vanilla yogurt for strawberry yogurt; omit orange peel.

    5. Strawberry-Lemon: Substitute lemon yogurt for strawberry yogurt; omit orange peel.
