  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Ocean whitefish fillets*

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cornmeal

  3. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Paprika** Salt and pepper to taste

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Flour

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Grated parmesan cheese

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Vegetable oil

  1. Recipe Instructions *Cod, Rockfish, Perch, Sole, Flounder, Orange Roughy, etc. **Could substitute spice of choice, such as Cajun Herbed Spice mix. Combine cornmeal, flour, cheese, paprika, salt and pepper. Dredge fish in cornmeal mixture. Spray baking pan with non-stick coating. Arrange fish in pan and drizzle with oil. Bake at 450F 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes.
