  2. OATMEAL-BANANA MUFFINS

  8. 3/4 c Rolled Oats

  9. 1 tb Baking Powder

  10. 1/2 ts Ground Cinnamon

  11. 1/4 ts Ground Nutmeg

  12. 1 tb Sugar

  13. 1 Egg

  14. 2 tb Vegetable Oil

  15. 1 1/2 c Lowfat Milk

  16. 1 sm Banana, cubed

  17. 1/4 c Sunflower Seeds, toasted

  18. Combine the flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon,

  19. nutmeg and sugar in a bowl. Add the remaining

  20. ingredients and blend.

  21. Spoon into oiled muffin tins or paper muffin cups.

  22. 375-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
