  1. 100 g wheat flour

  2. 75 g rice flour

  3. 300 ml water

  4. 2 cloves garlic

  5. 2 hazelnut

  6. 1/4 tsp coriander

  7. 1/4 tsp salt

  8. 300 g tempe, sliced thinly

  9. 1 stalk spring onion, thinly sliced oil for frying

  1. : 1. Puree the garlic, hazelnut, coriander, and salt.

  2. Mix the ground spices with spring onion, wheat flour, and rice flour. Stir well.

  3. Pour water gradually while stirring until blended.

  4. Heat oil. Dip the tempe in the batter, fried until cooked.

  5. Remove and drain, served with green chili.
