  1. 3 tbsp. prepared mayonnaise

  2. 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

  3. 1 1/2 tsp. finely grated onion

  4. 1 1/2 tsp. coarse grained Dijon mustard

  5. 1 1/4 cups small broccoli florets

  6. 1/2 cup peeled, shredded broccoli stems

  7. 3/4 cup peeled, shredded carrot

  8. 1/4 tsp. salt

  9. 1/4 tsp. pepper

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion and Dijon in a large bowl. Add broccoli florets, shredded broccoli stems, shredded carrots, salt and pepper. Toss well to coat. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
