  1. 5 English Muffins

  2. 1 Chopped onion

  3. 1 teaspoon Oil

  4. 1 Clove garlic

  5. pounds Gd. Beef

  6. teaspoon Salt -- pepper & oregano

  7. 8 ounces Can tomato sauce

  8. pounds Cheese -- American Square

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Saute onion and garlic in hot oil, add meat and seasoning. Brown lightly. On each muffin half put 1 tbls tomato sauce (can use left over spaghetti sauce) 2 tbls meat, sprinkle with oregano and top with slice of cheese. Bake in 375 degree oven until cheese bubbles.
