  1. 25ogms of boneless chicken washed and cut into cube, one medium squash cut into small cube,one large onion sliced into thin strips,one tsp minced garlic, a bunch of spring onion chopped,one tbs oil,one tbs chopped green chillies,light soy sauce one tsp,two tbs honey,little salt

  1. heat the oil in the wok...saute onion and garlic for a while... then add chicken and squash pieces.stir fry for a while then add a cup of warm water.simmer till the chicken is cooked and all the water is absorbed.now green chilly and soy sauce is added.mix a little salt and stir well.finally 2tbs of honey and spring onion to be added.fold in well.
