  2. 3 tablespoons 45ml Lemon juice

  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Onion powder

  4. 1 cup 237ml Water

  5. 4 oz 113g Pimientos

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt - optional

  7. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Garlic powder

  1. Use any time you want a melted cheese sauce -- on lasagna, pizza, burritos, vegetables, potatoes, etc. It will keep four or five days in the refrigerator.

  2. Mix all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
