  1. INGREDIENTS:

  2. 4 1/2 c. flour

  3. 1 tbsp. baking powder

  4. 1 tsp. salt

  5. 2 tbsp. powdered milk

  6. 1 1/2 c. warm water

  7. 1 - 1 1/2 c. oil for frying

  8. DIRECTIONS:

  9. 5 minutes until it forms a soft dough. Let stand 1/2 hour. Roll dough into balls the size of lemons. Roll out each ball by hand. Roll the thinner the better. Fry in pan in oil. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
