  3. 3 tablespoons regular all-purpose flour

  4. 1 2/3 cups milk

  5. 2 cups american cheese -- shredded

  6. 2 cups cooked rice

  7. 1/4 cup fresh parsley -- snipped

  8. 7 Ounces solid pack white tuna -- drained & flaked

  9. **TOPPING**

  10. 2 tablespoons regular margarine or butter -- melted

  11. 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  12. 2 cups rice krispies® -- crushed to measure

  13. 1 cups

  1. Melt the three tablespoons margarine in medium-size saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour. Add milk gradually, stirring until smooth. Increase heat to medium and cook until bubbly and thickened, stirring constantly. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in rice, parsley, and tuna. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle cereal mixture evenly over top. Bake in oven at 350 degrees (F.) about 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated and bubbly.

  2. TOPPING Combine the 2 tablespoons melted margarine with the paprika and crushed Rice Krispies cereal.

  3. Variations: 1 cup cubed cooked ham, chicken or turkey may be substituted for the tuna.
