  1. 1 Lb. ground chicken

  2. 1 Cup Fresh cilantro

  3. 1 Cup roasted and salted peanuts (Crushed)

  4. 1/4 Cup oyster sauce

  5. 2 Tbs. ground ginger

  6. 2 cloves of garlic (minced)

  7. 1/2 Cup coconut milk

  8. 2 Tbs. Vietnamese Spicy garlic Sauce (Rooster Label)

  9. 1 Tbs. brown sugar

  10. 1 Cup cooked rice

  11. 2 Tbs. Salt

  12. 2 Tbs. pepper

  1. Mix together all ingredients and allow to sit in the fridge for 10 - 20 minutes.

  2. Form the mixture into patties.

  3. Fry them in a skillet on medium heat for about 5 minutes for each side, or to desired doneness.

  4. Slop them up with peanut sauce and eat em.
