  1. 1 lb cat fish

  2. 1 tsp salt

  3. 1 egg

  4. 1 tbsp all purpose flour

  5. Pepper

  6. For the sauce:

  7. 1 stalk of celery

  8. 1 green onion (cut into 1" piece diagonally)

  9. 1 tomato (chopped finely)

  10. 2 tbsp vinegar

  11. 1 tsp of sugar

  12. 1 tbsp soy sauce

  13. Water or chicken stock

  1. Directions Marinate fish in all the ingredients. Take 3 cups of cooking oil in a wok. Deep fry the marinated fish for 12-15 minutes. Take out and drain the excess oil. Serve.
