  1. 2 lb Cubed pork

  2. 2 Sticks butter or margarine

  3. 1 lg Onion, chopped

  4. 1 lg Bell pepper chopped

  5. 3 Ribs celery, chopped

  6. 2 lb Whole kernel corn, fresh

  7. from the cob, if possible. 16 oz Can whole tomatoes, crushed

  8. in their juice

  9. 1 pt Cream

  1. Salt and pepper to taste In a large, heavy, black iron pot, brown the pork in hot butter or margarine.

  2. Add the onions, bell pepper and celery and smother it down with the pork.

  3. Stir frequently.

  4. Add the corn and tomatoes and cook for 30 minutes or so.

  5. Store frequently.

  6. Then add the cream and season to taste.
