  2. 1/4 cup lukewarm water

  3. 1 cup boiling water

  4. 1 Ounces yeast(dried)

  5. 1 egg well beaten

  6. 1/4 cup margarine or butter

  7. 3 - 3 1/2 cups flour mixed with

  8. 1/2 cup gluten flour

  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  10. 1 1/4 teaspoon sugar

  1. Dissolve yeast in water.

  2. In another bowl place margarine/butter , sugar and boiling water. Stir till dissolved. When lukewarm add yeast mixture and the beaten egg.

  3. Blend and add flour and salt to make a soft dough ( Either all white, or half white / half wholemeal can be used).

  4. Oil a large bowl and place dough in it, turning to coat all sides. Cover with plastic and refridgerate for 2 - 24 hours.

  5. Pull off small pieces of dough form into rolls and place on greased tray or in muffin tins, cover and allow to rise in a warm place till doubled in size ( about 1 hour )

  6. Bake in a hot oven 190 deg C or 375 Deg F makes about 24
