  1. 10 oz (1 pkg) frozen stir-fry

  2. 1 ts Soy sauce

  3. 2 ts Dry sherry

  4. 1/2 ts Cornstarch

  5. 1 ts Oil

  6. Julienne strips

  7. 1 Boneless pork chop, cut into Seasonings

  8. Japanese vegetables with

  9. 2 c Hot cooked rice

  1. Empty frozen vegetables into a 1-quart casserole; reserve seasoning packet.

  2. Add pork and oil to vegetables.

  3. Cover with lid or vented plastic wrap and microwave on high three minutes.

  4. Empty contents of seasoning packet into a small bowl.

  5. Stir in cornstarch; blend in sherry and soy sauce.

  6. Stir mixture into vegetables; recover.

  7. Microwave on high three to four minutes; or until vegetables are crisp tender and pork is no longer pink.

  8. Stir and serve over rice.
