  1. 2 cups 474ml Cold fat-free milk

  2. 1 Jello chocolate flavor fat-free

  3. Sugar-free instant reduced-calorie

  4. Pudding & pie filling - (4-serv size)

  5. 2 Bananas - sliced (medium)

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Thawed Cool Whip Lite whipped topping

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chopped walnuts

  1. Pour milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.

  2. Spoon half of the pudding evenly into 4 dessert dishes. Layer with banana slices. Spoon remaining pudding over bananas.

  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top each serving with 2 tablespoons whipped topping. Sprinkle with walnuts.
