  1. 3 cloves garlic

  2. 1/4 cup roasted sunflower seed

  3. 1/2 cup olive oil

  4. 2 cups fresh basil

  5. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  6. Put garlic, sunflower seeds, and olive oil in blender and puree. Add basil and reblend. Stir cheese. Makes about 1 cup.

  7. NOTES : I use a food processor to mix it.
